Seasoning Before Use
Coat the interior with oil and season it thoroughly before use.
Use Below Medium Heat
Due to its high thermal efficiency, it is recommended to use it below medium heat.
(For induction cooktops, it is recommended to use at 60-70% of the maximum output)
Use Neutral Detergent
Use Atomy kitchen detergent (neutral detergent) and Scratch-free scrubbers for cleaning.
Allow to Cool Down Before Washing
If cold water is applied immediately, the lifespan of the pan may be shortened. Therefore, wash after it has cooled down sufficiently.
Use Soft Utensils
To protect the surface, only wooden, silicone or plastic cooking utensils should be used.
Use Kitchen Towel for Oil Cleaning
For cleaning oil from the pan, it is recommended to use a kitchen towel rather than washing it with soap and water.

What is the difference between ceramic coating and fluororesin coating?
Atomy Medi-Cook frying pans with ceramic coatings are safe and healthy as they are coated with natural minerals, free from harmful contents such as perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). In addition, they do not contain substances that are harmful for the human body such as lead, cadmium, chromium, and others. On the other hand, fluororesin-coated frying pans can be harmful to humans as shown below. Fluororesin-coated frying pans contain perfluoroalkyl substances, and when the pan's temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, harmful gases are emitted that can be detrimental to human health. (In general, typical frying pans record temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius after heating for about 2 minutes on high heat.) Perfluoroalkyl substances are easily absorbed through the mouth, respiratory tract, and skin, among other routes, and exposure to these substances may lead to the following body abnormalities: (Thyroid hormone abnormalities, weakened immune system, liver cirrhosis, potential of liver cancer, increased risk of birth defects, disruptions in reproductive hormones, brain damage, cerebral hemorrhage, potential of neurogenic diseases, disturbance in lipid metabolism, increased blood cholesterol levels, testicular cancer, etc.)
What is the 8th Xtrema Coating Method?
The 8th Generation Xtrema Coating Method is an advanced ceramic coating technique based on natural minerals, free from PFAS and other perfluoroalkyl substances. This technology was specifically developed and applied for frying pans, marking the first of its kind in Korea. Frying pans coated using the 8th Generation Xtrema Coating Method boast excellent durability and non-stick properties.
It hasn't been long since I started using the frying pan, but it's already sticking. Why is that so?
Due to the nature of the ceramic coating, non-stick properties may be reduced when exposed to high heat. Please refer to the following application methods for long, non-stick use of ceramic coated pans.
1) Season the pan before use.
※ What is seasoning?
It refers to preheating the pan over low heat before cooking and then applying oil to the entire surface of the pan using a kitchen towel.
2) Due to its high thermal efficiency, using at medium heat or lower is recommended. Preheating over low heat before cooking will help maintain non-stick properties for a longer period.
3) Use soft cooking utensils such as wood or silicone to prevent damage to the non-stick coating.
4) Allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Rapid temperature changes can degrade the pan’s performance.
5) Wash with neutral detergent using a soft sponge.
※ Alkaline detergent (baking soda) can degrade non-stick properties.
6) For pans, it's recommended to clean with paper towels using oil instead of frequent water washing.
Why does the color inside the frying pan deteriorate?
If you cook foods with strong seasonings, such as curry or chili paste, it is recommended to clean them immediately after use as they may cause color staining on the product.
※ For extreme contamination (left uncleaned for 6 months or longer), add 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda and boil lightly to clean more thoroughly.
(Avoid frequent use of baking soda as it may degrade the functionality of the coating.)
The coating peeled off and was ingested with food. Is it harmful to humans?
The ceramic coating is made from ingredients that are harmless to the human body, ensuring safety even if ingested. However, if the coating has peeled off, it is recommended to replace the product immediately to avoid potential exposure to aluminum metal.

What is the approximate life expectancy of ceramic coated products?
It depends on your cooking patterns, but if performance is degraded, we recommend replacing the product.

It is possible; however, to extend the non-stick properties of the coating for a longer period, please apply a small amount of oil and use over medium heat.

If it is made of silicone, some silicone powder may be present. Please clean it thoroughly before use. Silicone is harmless to the human body, so you can use it with confidence.

How do I clean and store the product after receiving it?
Please check the product for any issues before use and remove all attached stickers. Before use, clean thoroughly with mild detergent in lukewarm water, and after washing, dry completely using a kitchen towel or dry cloth for storage. Please avoid using iron scrubbers, scrub pads with abrasives (blue scrub pads), magic cleaners, and bleach, as they can damage the coating. Cleaning or soaking the pan in hot water while it's still hot after cooking may also damage the coating, so please allow it to cool sufficiently before cleaning. Using warm water and thoroughly rinsing the pan after soaking can clean it without damaging the coating. Please do not use a dishwasher to clean the product. (Strong alkaline detergents for dishwashers can harm the coating.) When storing frying pans in a stack, please use covers or cloths to prevent scratches caused by rubbing together.
How can I easily remove stains and other marks from the coating surface?
If there are any stains or food on the outside of the product, clean it immediately so it can be easily removed. When removing stubborn stains or food that won't come off easily, it's better to soak and clean the product with warm water rather than forcefully scrubbing.

Is it a defect if the glass lid makes a creaking sound?
Glass lids are designed with a stainless steel rim inserted into the glass edge, so there may be slight gaps. During cooking, steam may escape through tiny gaps, causing a bubbling sound.
The glass lid broke and caused injury during cooking or storage.
Microscopic scratches that occur during manufacturing, transportation, or use can be the cause of glass breakage. Please check for any scratches or cracks on the surface before use. If you experience any damage, we will compensate you in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

Is it a defect if I smell a burning odor coming from the product handle?
The heat resistance is up to 180 degrees Celsius. If the gas stove flame is strong enough to produce flames outside the burner, it may cause the handle to burn. During cooking, please adjust the stove to medium heat or lower to ensure that flames do not touch the handle.
Is it a defect if the handle rotates due to looseness during use?
Due to the nature of detachable handles, there may be looseness or gaps caused by deformation due to heat. In such cases, tightening the handle again may improve stability and reduce looseness.
Is it a defect if there is a gap or distortion in the bracket handle assembly?
The handle assembly is done manually, so there may be some deviations where the bracket does not perfectly align. This is not a defect in the product, so you can use it with confidence.

Seasoning Before Use
Coat the interior with oil and season it thoroughly before use.
Use Below Medium Heat

What is the difference between ceramic coating and fluororesin coating?
Atomy Medi-Cook frying pans with ceramic coatings are safe and healthy as they are coated with natural minerals, free from harmful contents such as perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). In addition, they do not contain substances that are harmful for the human body such as lead, cadmium, chromium, and others. On the other hand, fluororesin-coated frying pans can be harmful to humans as shown below. Fluororesin-coated frying pans contain perfluoroalkyl substances, and when the pan's temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, harmful gases are emitted that can be detrimental to human health. (In general, typical frying pans record temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius after heating for about 2 minutes on high heat.) Perfluoroalkyl substances are easily absorbed through the mouth, respiratory tract, and skin, among other routes, and exposure to these substances may lead to the following body abnormalities: (Thyroid hormone abnormalities, weakened immune system, liver cirrhosis, potential of liver cancer, increased risk of birth defects, disruptions in reproductive hormones, brain damage, cerebral hemorrhage, potential of neurogenic diseases, disturbance in lipid metabolism, increased blood cholesterol levels, testicular cancer, etc.)
What is the 8th Xtrema Coating Method?
The 8th Generation Xtrema Coating Method is an advanced ceramic coating technique based on natural minerals, free from PFAS and other perfluoroalkyl substances. This technology was specifically developed and applied for frying pans, marking the first of its kind in Korea. Frying pans coated using the 8th Generation Xtrema Coating Method boast excellent durability and non-stick properties.
It hasn't been long since I started using the frying pan, but it's already sticking. Why is that so?
Due to the nature of the ceramic coating, non-stick properties may be reduced when exposed to high heat. Please refer to the following application methods for long, non-stick use of ceramic coated pans.
1) Season the pan before use.
※ What is seasoning?
It refers to preheating the pan over low heat before cooking and then applying oil to the entire surface of the pan using a kitchen towel.
2) Due to its high thermal efficiency, using at medium heat or lower is recommended. Preheating over low heat before cooking will help maintain non-stick properties for a longer period.
3) Use soft cooking utensils such as wood or silicone to prevent damage to the non-stick coating.
4) Allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Rapid temperature changes can degrade the pan’s performance.
5) Wash with neutral detergent using a soft sponge.
※ Alkaline detergent (baking soda) can degrade non-stick properties.
6) For pans, it's recommended to clean with paper towels using oil instead of frequent water washing.
Why does the color inside the frying pan deteriorate?
If you cook foods with strong seasonings, such as curry or chili paste, it is recommended to clean them immediately after use as they may cause color staining on the product.
※ For extreme contamination (left uncleaned for 6 months or longer), add 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda and boil lightly to clean more thoroughly.
(Avoid frequent use of baking soda as it may degrade the functionality of the coating.)
The coating peeled off and was ingested with food. Is it harmful to humans?
The ceramic coating is made from ingredients that are harmless to the human body, ensuring safety even if ingested. However, if the coating has peeled off, it is recommended to replace the product immediately to avoid potential exposure to aluminum metal.

How do I clean and store the product after receiving it?
Please check the product for any issues before use and remove all attached stickers. Before use, clean thoroughly with mild detergent in lukewarm water, and after washing, dry completely using a kitchen towel or dry cloth for storage. Please avoid using iron scrubbers, scrub pads with abrasives (blue scrub pads), magic cleaners, and bleach, as they can damage the coating. Cleaning or soaking the pan in hot water while it's still hot after cooking may also damage the coating, so please allow it to cool sufficiently before cleaning. Using warm water and thoroughly rinsing the pan after soaking can clean it without damaging the coating. Please do not use a dishwasher to clean the product. (Strong alkaline detergents for dishwashers can harm the coating.) When storing frying pans in a stack, please use covers or cloths to prevent scratches caused by rubbing together.
How can I easily remove stains and other marks from the coating surface?
If there are any stains or food on the outside of the product, clean it immediately so it can be easily removed. When removing stubborn stains or food that won't come off easily, it's better to soak and clean the product with warm water rather than forcefully scrubbing.

Is it a defect if the glass lid makes a creaking sound?
Glass lids are designed with a stainless steel rim inserted into the glass edge, so there may be slight gaps. During cooking, steam may escape through tiny gaps, causing a bubbling sound.
The glass lid broke and caused injury during cooking or storage.
Microscopic scratches that occur during manufacturing, transportation, or use can be the cause of glass breakage. Please check for any scratches or cracks on the surface before use. If you experience any damage, we will compensate you in accordance with the Product Liability Act.

Is it a defect if I smell a burning odor coming from the product handle?
The heat resistance is up to 180 degrees Celsius. If the gas stove flame is strong enough to produce flames outside the burner, it may cause the handle to burn. During cooking, please adjust the stove to medium heat or lower to ensure that flames do not touch the handle.
Is it a defect if the handle rotates due to looseness during use?
Due to the nature of detachable handles, there may be looseness or gaps caused by deformation due to heat. In such cases, tightening the handle again may improve stability and reduce looseness.
Is it a defect if there is a gap or distortion in the bracket handle assembly?
The handle assembly is done manually, so there may be some deviations where the bracket does not perfectly align. This is not a defect in the product, so you can use it with confidence.

If your order is split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the last delivery to inform us.
After we approve your return/exchange request, we will provide a free return label for you to attach to your parcel.
You must then return the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your return/exchange.
You may return any product as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it, including the product packaging, or if you discover any defects.

No return/exchange Policy
1. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. We cannot accept returns of damaged products resulting from the consumer's lack of care.
3. Acceptance of returns for opened or used products will be subject to the decision of the company.
4. Products that are part of a set and have been used cannot be returned.
5. Intentional bulk returns are prohibited.
6. Supplements, promotion items, food, beverages, and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened unless they were already expired upon receipt.
7. Product exchanges must be made for items with the same price and PV as the originally purchased item.
8. Returns of the product due to allergy more than once are not allowed.
*In case of a refund, all distributed PV will be adjusted accordingly.
