When should I use Atomy Acropass Line Lifter during my skincare routine?
A.
The product should be used after washing and drying the face completely if you are using it on its own. The product should be used after toner, ampoule, serum, and eye cream when using it together with the Atomy Absolute Skincare Set. (Make sure that the patch is properly over the area that needs wrinkle care.) We recommend using the product after applying eye cream but before applying nourishing cream.

Can I remove the product and attach it again?

The microneedles may be damaged after the product has been used. Make sure that the patch is properly over the area that needs wrinkle care before applying it to the skin.

How long will the product last after it has been opened?
A.
The product should be used immediately after opening. The microarray patch contains hyaluronic acid, which means it can be difficult to properly deliver the active ingredients to the skin after being exposed to moisture in the air.

You will see even better results if you use the product before going to bed or two hours before you go out. Do not push the product when applying press in a vertical motion to help it adhere to the skin.

Cleanse your face thoroughly.
STEP 2
Remove any excess moisture.
STEP 3
Carefully open the pouch and then the transparent container inside.
STEP 4
Peel off the white protective film, making sure not to touch the microarray in the center of the patch.
STEP 5
Hold the edges of the patch.
STEP 6
Place the patch so that the center is positioned on the desired area of your face.
STEP 7
Do not press or drag the patch to apply it; instead, press it down vertically to adhere.
STEP 8
Press firmly with your fingers several times.
STEP 9
It is recommended to leave the patch on for at least 2 hours.

Return/Exchange
If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, you must notify us via atomy_eu@atomypark.com within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the products.
If your order is split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the last delivery to inform us.
After we approve your return/exchange request, we will provide a free return label for you to attach to your parcel.
You must then return the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your return/exchange.
You may return any product as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it, including the product packaging, or if you discover any defects.

No return/exchange Policy
1. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. We cannot accept returns of damaged products resulting from the consumer's lack of care.
3. Acceptance of returns for opened or used products will be subject to the decision of the company.
4. Products that are part of a set and have been used cannot be returned.
5. Intentional bulk returns are prohibited.
6. Supplements, promotion items, food, beverages, and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened unless they were already expired upon receipt.
7. Product exchanges must be made for items with the same price and PV as the originally purchased item.
8. Returns of the product due to allergy more than once are not allowed.
